Privacy Policy
This policy covers the SleepCall iPhone app and support site. Operator and privacy contact: 일월오봉도 (Ilwolobongdo), irworobongdo97@gmail.com. Effective date: October 4, 2026.
App collection and device storage
SleepCall does not require an account or in-app purchase. It does not collect or record contacts, phone numbers, call content or audio. It has no advertising or behavioral analytics SDK and does not send reservation information to a developer server.
The app stores setup and connection state, shortcut installation identifiers and versions, reservation identifiers and validation tokens, time and execution state, cancellation and response state, recent results and recovery state on the device. These support setup, execution permission, cancellation, duplicate prevention and status guidance. Error details may be stored locally up to 1,200 characters.
Local notification records and the last Live Activity identifier support scheduling and duplicate prevention. Live Activities display reservation state; remote push tokens are not requested. Notifications do not include call content or caller information. Their display can be managed in iOS settings. Review request counts, dates and app versions limit system review prompts. The app cannot see chosen ratings or whether a review was submitted. Temporary installation copies and damaged-storage recovery copies are also kept on the device. Local system diagnostics may record errors, but the app does not automatically upload them to a separate developer server.
Apple Shortcuts and Keychain
The shortcut sharing button opens Apple's iCloud page. File import passes a bundled copy to the system share sheet. Connection and execution use request and reservation identifiers, shortcut versions and validation tokens, not phone numbers or call content. The shortcut name number is stored in Apple Keychain and may sync between your devices according to iCloud Keychain settings. It may remain after app deletion or reset. Apple Shortcuts, iCloud, Keychain and the App Store also follow their service settings and Apple's Privacy Policy.
Retention
- One recent standard reservation result is removed when the app updates state after more than 7 days from completion; it may remain longer if the app is not used.
- Connection settings and unresolved execution are not all deleted merely because 7 days pass. Related state changes, replacement and reset govern cleanup.
- Separately stored interruption-notification state is cleaned up during state updates after more than 7 days from its scheduled time. Notification records and iOS alerts are reconciled with current state. Errors may leave records behind.
- Previous installation copies are deleted when preparing the next file, where possible. Damaged-storage recovery copies have no time-based automatic deletion rule.
- Keychain name numbers, the last Live Activity identifier and review request history have no 7-day automatic expiry. Review request history remains after reset.
Your controls
Use Settings, Privacy and Data, then Reset App Data after clearing active reservations and recovery checks. Reset replaces app settings and reservation state and clears completed recovery copies and internal installation files. Reset markers remain to avoid automatically adopting a prior connection. Cleanup errors may leave auxiliary files behind.
Reset does not remove the Keychain name number, last Live Activity identifier, review request history or items added to Shortcuts or Files. Manage external items in those apps. It does not forcibly stop an external shortcut, undo Airplane Mode changes or promise irreversible removal of every storage trace.
Protection
Main app state files use device file protection available after the first unlock following restart and are excluded from backups. This does not disable backup or synchronization for every storage location. Do not disclose execution URLs, reservation tokens, the original database or Apple Account passwords when contacting support. Remove private information from screenshots.
Support inquiries and website
An email inquiry includes the sender address and the message, device and app versions and attachments you choose to send. These are used to respond, investigate the issue and continue related support. Providing additional diagnostic material is optional. Contact email is needed for a response.
We delete resolved inquiries and attachments from the operator's Gmail mailbox and working copies within 90 days after resolution, including emptying deleted items. Provider backups and service security records follow the provider's own policy; this rule does not promise immediate removal of those copies. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising.
Gmail (Google) delivers and stores support messages. Sites hosting uses Cloudflare to deliver this static website. Providers may process information on infrastructure outside your country. Sending email or visiting the site involves the relevant provider's service processing. See Google's Privacy Policy and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for their handling, international processing and retention. We do not upload the app's local reservation data to these services automatically.
This support website adds no advertising, visitor analytics tool or inquiry form. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and request information such as time, requested URL and browser headers to deliver and secure pages. The operator does not create a separate visitor database. Local app storage, Apple services and website or email operations are separate processing contexts.
Requests and changes
For access, correction, deletion or restriction requests concerning support information, email irworobongdo97@gmail.com. Send from the original inquiry address when possible so we can verify the request without collecting unnecessary information. Information stored only on your device is managed through the app and Apple settings described above. Policy changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date.
